Priscila’s Flower Shop is an online-based floral studio, which allows us to serve customers throughout San Antonio with convenient delivery service.
We are committed to providing a secure and transparent experience. You will receive updates throughout the process, including a photo of your completed arrangement before delivery. For added peace of mind, we also request a delivery signature whenever possible to help ensure your flowers are successfully received.
Because all of our arrangements are made to order using fresh flowers, we do not offer refunds once an order has been designed, prepared, or delivered.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations requested before flowers and materials have been purchased may qualify for a full or partial refund.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos when applicable. We will review the situation and work with you to find a fair solution.
Each arrangement is handcrafted using fresh seasonal flowers. While we always aim to recreate the design, flower varieties and shades may vary based on availability. Any substitutions will be made with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and quality of the arrangement.
Delivery fees typically range from $0 to $20, depending on the delivery location within the San Antonio area. The exact delivery fee will be included in your quote before your order is confirmed.
