No. Every Keepsake Collection arrangement is uniquely designed by our florist using fresh, seasonal flowers. The flowers shown in the photos are examples only. Each arrangement is thoughtfully created to complement the color and style of the keepsake vessel while staying within the fixed price of the design.

You're welcome to share your preferred flowers or color palette, and we'll do our best to incorporate your requests. However, specific flowers and colors cannot be guaranteed, as every arrangement is designed based on seasonal availability and the fixed price point.

Please place your order at least 2 days in advance to ensure availability. We'll do our best to accommodate last-minute orders; however, if we're unable to fulfill your request due to timing, we'll contact you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.

Delivery fees typically range from $0 to $20, depending on the delivery location within the San Antonio area. The exact delivery fee will be included in your quote before your order is confirmed.

Because all of our arrangements are made to order using fresh flowers, we do not offer refunds once an order has been designed, prepared, or delivered.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations requested before flowers and materials have been purchased may qualify for a full or partial refund.
