We are committed to providing a secure and transparent experience. You will receive updates throughout the process, including a photo of your completed arrangement before delivery. For added peace of mind, we also request a delivery signature whenever possible to help ensure your flowers are successfully received.

Because all of our arrangements are made to order using fresh flowers, we do not offer refunds once an order has been designed, prepared, or delivered.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations requested before flowers and materials have been purchased may qualify for a full or partial refund.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos when applicable. We will review the situation and work with you to find a fair solution.

Our goal is to recreate your bouquet as closely as possible to the photo provided. While minor variations may occur based on flower availability, we carefully preserve the same color palette, style, and overall essence of the bouquet to ensure your satisfaction.

Delivery fees typically range from $0 to $20, depending on the delivery location within the San Antonio area. The exact delivery fee will be included in your quote before your order is confirmed.

Please place your order at least 2 days in advance to ensure availability. We'll do our best to accommodate last-minute orders; however, if we're unable to fulfill your request due to timing, we'll contact you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.
